Solution needed - persistent PSN fault prevents me from buying games or extending my PS Plus members.

"Nosotros've encountered an error while processing your society. Your transaction has not been completed. Please endeavor again later."

I can't purchase anything without getting this fault, whether I'1000 on the PS4 itself, the telephone app, the browser store, etc... Tried in the forenoon earlier piece of work. Error. Tried at dejeuner. Error. Tried after piece of work. Error. Tried at iv:30 in the morn when I was up with our 6-week old...Error.

I tried two separate credit cards, both of which work with every other store out in that location - Steam, Xbox Live, BestBuy, etc... and get this error message. I tried switching to PayPal - got it to piece of work once by using the browser store and bought NHL 18 that way a couple weeks ago. That payment method won't work anymore.

Sony support was cypher help. I searched the upshot and tried all kinds of 'this might work' remedies from effectually the Internet, including waiting 24/48/72 hours between attempts, trying different browsers, and even trying different network providers.

My PS Plus ran out because I couldn't extend it. I could have gone to buy a card at the store, but what'south the point of having it if I can't buy games? I'thousand non willing to load up my wallet using cards just for the privilege of giving them money, I can purchase games on other platforms instead - where my credit cards/PayPal account work as payment - and I don't have to carry an backlog balance waiting for the next purchase.

Apparently this happens when Sony's accost verification fails.

You should wait 24 hours earlier trying once again.

Also it's but easier to buy PSN cards off Amazon/GameStop/Best Buy/wherever.

Last time it happened for me, my billing address was not the same as the i attached to my credit carte.
It was something similar a discussion not beginning by a capital letter or a space that was not in my CC address.
PSN is non the merely place that did that to me though.

Make sure you don't try more than five times per day. In that location is a silent "ban" that is non appear anywhere and preclude you to retry before 48h at least.

Equally I said in the original mail service - I've waited 24 hours. I've as well waited 48 hours and 72 hours...didn't matter.

The CC info is all correct. PayPal is as well, and PayPal doesn't turn down charges for ANYTHING.

Why should I have to spring through hoops to spend money in their shop? My payment options work everywhere else...why shouldn't they fix their shit?

I did that, they had no respond. Terrible customer service as well, basically a "Zip shows as a problem with your account from this finish. Is there anything else?" and no willingness to look into it any further.

If information technology was simply me, I could see being that dismissive. At that place's a lot of us out there who tin't apply credit cards/paypal for some reason.

Has it but been an outcome since they brought in two step verification? I've recently had some issues ownership things on my PC browser if I haven't logged out and back in with 2 stride for a while.

I have the aforementioned problem fourth dimension to fourth dimension, I fifty-fifty miss a sale for this, as I did not want to left the remaining money on my wallet, I refused to purchase a PSN carte. Of class on those situations that seems to be the only solution, although I plant weird that not even Paypal seems to work when that message appears. I besides found weird that I could pre-order Horizon Null Dawn's DLC but then I could non buy annihilation else.

No, this problem exists since mode before that. And is not related to the platform used to access the shop, when that problem appears the account afflicted cannot purchase anything straight from PSN. I believe that this is a glitch in their transaction organization.

I have 2 cards and I have never in one case been able to purchase anything on PSN with them. I can utilise them on whatsoever other site just fine. I've always had to go to amazon and buy cards and then enter the number in. It'due south super fucking irritating at this point and it stops me from ownership games sometimes because I just can't exist bothered.
